Privacy notice
Effective 22 October 2026. The Croatian version is the governing one.
1. Controller
INFOSAURUS, obrt za specijalizirane dizajnerske djelatnosti (sole trader), owner Filip Špehar, Vrbova 7, 35420 Vrbova, Croatia, OIB 62385488714 (“we”). Bura3D is the name of our service. For any question about personal data, write to info@bura3d.com.
2. What we collect and why

We do not sell data, use it for advertising, or carry out automated decision-making or profiling.
3. Cookies
This website sets no cookies. Visit statistics are measured with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which works without cookies and does not track visitors across other sites. Fonts are served from our own server, not by third parties.
4. Processors
- Cloudflare, Inc. – website hosting, security, visit statistics and e-mail forwarding.
- Google Ireland Ltd. (Gmail) – the mailbox that receives enquiries.
These providers may process data outside the EU/EEA (e.g. in the USA). Transfers rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and/or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
5. Retention
Enquiries that do not lead to a contract are kept for up to 12 months and then deleted. If we do business together, the data needed for the contract and invoices is kept as long as tax and accounting law requires (generally 11 years for invoices). Server security logs are kept briefly by Cloudflare under its own policies.
6. Your rights
You may request access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interest. Send requests to info@bura3d.com – we reply within one month.
If you believe your rights have been infringed, you can lodge a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP), Selska cesta 136, 10000 Zagreb, azop.hr, or with the supervisory authority in your country of residence.
7. Recording properties
We only fly drones and use 360° cameras with the consent of the property owner or user. We take care that recordings contain no identifiable people or other people's private spaces; if they do appear, we blur or remove them before delivery and publication.
8. Changes
We may update this notice from time to time. The current version is always published on this page.
